If you need to make changes to an existing booking, cancellation charges may apply. Please contact the Conference Secretariat as soon as possible to advise of any changes.

• Discounted rates for accommodation have been negotiated for conference participants at the hotels listed below.
• Book your accommodation during your online registration. These rates are only available online via the conference registration form.
• You will be required to provide credit card details to secure your booking, and full payment will be made directly to the hotel.
• Please note some hotels may charge the full stay amount 30 days prior to arrival.
• All room rates quoted are based on room only, unless otherwise specified, and are inclusive of 10% GST, unless otherwise specified.
